We're a small, senior team helping organisations adopt AI properly: from strategy through to secure, on-premises and air-gapped deployment. That means the people we hire need to be comfortable with rigour, with security constraints, and with clients who cannot afford to get this wrong.
How we work
Our positioning is deliberately broad — we don't chase a single sector or a single type of engagement — but the way we work is consistent across all of it. A few things matter more here than they might elsewhere.
Rigour first
We favour evidence over hype. Every recommendation, deployment and line of code is expected to hold up under scrutiny — from regulators, security teams and our own engineers.
Security-mindedness by default
We work with organisations that operate under strict security and compliance obligations, often deploying on-premises or fully air-gapped. Security is a design constraint from day one, not a bolt-on.
Direct client relationships
You'll work closely with the people who actually run the systems we integrate with, not several removes away through account layers. Expect direct exposure to real infrastructure and real constraints.
Broad technical range
Our work spans AI integration and adoption strategy, secure deployment architecture, data and MLOps, and ongoing managed support. We look for people comfortable moving across that range, not narrowly specialised.
Ownership over process
We're a small, senior team. You'll own outcomes end-to-end rather than a slice of a larger process, and we'd rather you flag a problem early than wait for a meeting to raise it.
Calm under regulated pressure
Working with regulated and sovereign clients means higher stakes and slower-moving constraints than a typical SaaS environment. We value people who stay methodical rather than move fast and break things.
